His mouth begins to puff, face lights up bright RED and smoke billows from his ears. This is a continuous action toy. Charlie also comes with his original box which has a bit of damage to one end of the box top. When the box is positioned next to the toy, the damage is contained to the bottom and displays nicely, which adds to the charm of this timeless, classic toy from the early 1960’s.
