Yonezawa Lincoln Sundeck Convertible XL 500 - This stunning, friction drive concept car is a very rare and desirable TEAL color model. The Sundeck is more commonly seen in a bright red or bright blue color. This is one of the many Yonezawa concept tin friction cars made in the late 1950's. The original tinted canopy is in remarkable original condition and the toy finish has very few minor imperfections. Very little tire wear, excellent friction power and the faint painted script is quite clear on the bottom side of the car. This is one of Uncle's most prized possessions! Yonezawa Champions Racer Replica Box, Agajanian This is a brand new, high grade replica box for the large Champions Racer #98 car or the Agajanian Racer of the same size. A good friend lent me his pristine original box to take dimensions and photograph the image. As you can see, the artwork is flawless and crisp. I added a bit of distress to this example so that it would look more age appropriate to the car. (Car is NOT included and is NOT available for sale at this time. It is shown for clarity and to demonstrate fit inside the new box.) Much attention to detail was employed in the creation of this replica, such as the exact box dimensions, folded seam lines for all panels, the return legs for stapling, the correct image size, border reveal and so much more. The last 4 images are of a straight forward crisp box with now additional detailing or aging. I'll be happy to age and distress upon request. As you can see in my photos, the box looks fabulous when displayed with the Champions Racer.(not included) And because the box fits the car perfectly, it's an excellent bit of protection for moving or storage. Even if you don't have the car, the box is an excellent display piece! Very few original boxes exist and seldom show up for sale. When they do show up, they're almost as costly as the cars themselves. I only have a few of these fine reproductions available so don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed!

'Candy Vending Machine' battery operated saving bank from Wonderful Toy Company, 1950's. This RARE and highly collectible tin battery op is in excellent WORKING condition. It operates on two 'D' cell batteries. The toy has miscellaneous scratches and scuffs, mostly from the removable top tin cover. Originally designed for use with hard candies or peanuts, I recommend small 3/8 diameter wooden or plastic beads. When the cover is removed, insert the beads into the funnel. When a coin (nickels work best) is inserted into the slot, the inside of the toy lights up, Mr. Vendor cranks his handle and rotates the open top drum. As the drum opening passes under the funnel, a couple bead 'candies' fall into the drum and are dispensed through the chute at the front of the toy and the light goes out. This is an awesomely cool and not often seen toy that will be the highlight of your battery-operated toy collection - sure to please! This toy has a rarity scale number of 9 (10 being rarest) and had a book value of $1200.00 (in mint condition) in 1994. This is an extremely fragile toy. The plastic candy funnel will be removed for shipping and the cavity will be filled with styro peanuts to keep the vendor well supported for travel.

This is a brand new replacement windshield/convertible top for the 1950's 20" tin Marx Falcon friction drive car. The top comes clear and ready for painting in your favorite color. This new top was created from a mold made from the black top in the pictures. As you can see, it's a perfect fit and the glass is clear. The mounting pins are about 1/4" long. A perfect replacement for that cracked, warped or missing top.

The Toy Masters Space Survey Jeep friction toy sometimes comes with a tin astronaut driver, but always has a telescope that swings back and forth. A shaft protrudes vertically through the rear of the telescope and the antenna will rotate 360 degrees when mounted atop that shaft. Uncle Al's also fabricates the replacement telescope and cradle assembly for this toy.

A nice Holdraketa Friction Tin Rocket. Made in Hungary in 1986. A high-quality 'push and go' friction power motor. It runs horizontally until the nose bumps into something triggering another action. The rocket can stand itself upright and the ladder unfolds and drops down to the ground. Inside you will see an astronaut. Box and rocket are in good condition overall. The rocket measures 15.25" long.

This listing is for a reproduction of an early German (1953 - 1970) dash mounted mileage counter. These were quite often used with early Volkswagens and other European vehicles that didn't have gas gauges. I make these from a mold taken from an original disassembled counter. The original counter had a white counter shroud with black base and number wheels featuring white numbers.

The original Big Mike is a 1957 offering depicting the Ford style cab. Later versions of Big Mike are the square fender 1958 and the 1959 Landrover that has wide, solid plastic wheels. A perfect fitting replacement Bee Hive Gun Tip for the B-W Molded Plastics Company 'Tommy-Ray Space Gun'. The space gun is a battery operated toy featuring a noisy, vibrating ray gun blast with a light up gun tip. The toy operates on two 'D' cell batteries. The Bee Hive Gun Tip is a removable toy part that provides access to the light bulb in the end of the gun and it slips snugly over the plastic that surrounds the back of the light bulb. Many Tommy-Ray Space Guns no longer work. There is little to no way to service them because of the adhesive and type of plastic used. They are literally fused together and I've yet to successfully separate one to date. With that being said, it is still an excellent display toy when complete and it REALLY looks good with the matching helmet and box.

Tommy-Ray Space Gun Replacement Bee Hive Battery Cap - A perfect fitting replacement Bee Hive Battery Cap for the B-W Molded Plastics Company 'Tommy-Ray Space Gun'. The space gun is a battery operated toy featuring a noisy, vibrating ray gun blast with a light up gun tip. The toy operates on two 'D' cell batteries. When batteries are inserted into the back of the gun, a folding brass contact tips up against the negative side of the battery and the Bee Hive Cap secures the brass tightly to the battery. Without the cap, the battery does not maintain contact. Due to the nature of the plastic used in manufacturing this toy, warping of the plastic battery opening often occurs in the absence of the cap. This issue can be remedied by applying medium heat with a heat gun or hair dryer completely around the battery opening, but not TOO much. *Be sure to remove the batteries before attempting this procedure!* Once softened the cap can be used to round the opening once more by manipulating the tabs of the cap into the opening and allowing the warmed plastic to cool, but this process must be done quickly as the plastic cools quickly. Many Tommy-Ray Space Guns no longer work. There is little to no way to service them because of the adhesive and type of plastic used. They are literally fused together and I've yet to successfully separate one to date. With that being said, they are still excellent display toys when complete and REALLY look good with the matching helmet and box.

Another one of my personal favorites is this fabulous TN/Nomura/Baravelli Sonic Car Dodge Charger in 100% original condition and in the original box with insert foam blocks. The Sonic whistle has never been removed from it's plastic bag. Each blow of the whistle commands the car to perform a different function, forward, reverse, left and right and finally for the machine guns to propel out of the roof of the car with bright flashing muzzle fire! Unique and again, a large 15" long by 6" wide and 5" tall. There is slight oxidation on the brightwork trim of the car but overall is just stunning! Operates on 2 'D' cell and 1 9volt battery.

Thimble-Drome Curtiss Pusher by L.M. Cox. The 1911 vintage style, engine powered airplane is a ready to assemble flying model. Complete with a T-D babe bee engine. The Thimble-Drome Curtiss flying model was only produced for one year, (1960/61) due to its delicate nature and inability to survive smooth landings. The model kits came with a parts re-ordering form that I assume was used extensively by model flyers! One of my favorite all-time kits that is extremely well made and has excellent detail. The pilot figure comes with lead weights that fit inside his legs and acts as the counterbalance to the power of the gas, .029 engine. This kit is becoming exceedingly rare to find in any condition, but this kit offered is 100%original, including the decal sheet. I offer replacement waterslide decals for this model elsewhere on our site.

Texaco Fire Chief, Fire Engine Truck, 1960s AMF WEN MAC Made in USA with the original box and original parts. The fire truck was made in the USA in the early 1960's. This toy was a premium purchase that was available at Texaco Gasoline Service Stations and was wildly popular due to its impressive 25" in length. The toy comes with a garden hose attachment. When used in conjunction with the two rubber side mounted hoses and attached at the pump point on the side of the engine, the water cannon on the rear will dispense a spray for realistic play! A very nice condition toy that has never been used with water. The metal is crisp and rust free. This makes for an incredible display piece as it is in very near mint condition with its illustrated accessory bag.

For sale is this beautiful, all original and working condition Star Strider Robot manufactured by Horikawa of Japan. The toy comes with the original box and inserts and was produced in the early 1980's. There have been many reproductions of this style robot but the quality of their plastic gears is their downfall. This first issue toy features brass drive gears for long lasting play time, provided you use two new 'D' cell batteries. New in original plain box. A 1920s style, polished aluminum ashtray measures about 3.5” x 5.75”. A great collectible most likely made in the Prohibition Era. Selling AS IS since the age is unknown, but assuming during the 1950's. There are many versions of this novelty available in different metals, ceramics and Bakelite. I acquired this particular item from the Pomona, California Hot Rod Swap Meet in the early 1980's.

This is an excellent reproduction of the KO, Japan Space Whale Ship by the St. John Co., Marxu International of China. Space Whale Ship is a wind up toy that will open his mouth and tail and fins move during operation along with a 'sparking' action in the rear of the toy. Original versions of this toy sell for hundreds of dollars. There are a few subtle differences to be mindful of when looking at this toy. Original KO Space Whales have blue tinted plastic for the eyes where as the reproduction is clear plastic. Extremely nice job done on the lithography and a great addition to your collection!

Another fine Sears Exclusive toy is 'The Turnpike Line' Racer, Indy 500 style open wheel car with friction powered motor and with 'built in manual jacks'. This large tin car is in very nice played with condition. The manual jack feature works fine as does the friction power. The only items missing from the original offering are the two spare tires, the driver and the box.

Very nice Schylling Collectors Series Thunder Robot in his original box is ready for action! This beautiful RED Thunder Robot is highly sought after. Batteries have been installed and the toy was hand tested for function and then promptly returned to the original packaging. Thunder Robot walks across the Earth with his antenna spinning and raises his gun arms to fire his lasers. He works great and looks even greater when functioning! The Schylling San Francisco Tours is a vintage musical tin windup toy modeled after the 1930's Marx Honeymoon Express. Wind it up and watch the airplane and train circle the city while it plays the song, I Left My Heart in San Francisco.
