Here we have a Convertible Replacement Windshield for the Marx Dick Tracy squad car. This is a brand-new replacement windshield for the 1950's 20" tin Marx Dick Tracy squad, Marx Army Command and Fire Chief friction drive cars. The windshield is created from a mold taken of an original 6 PIN windshield. This windshield will also fit the 4 PIN vehicles simply by removing the second pins from the ends. The convertible replacement windshield is fitted to a tin vehicle during the curing process for a guaranteed excellent fit!

This is a brand new replacement windshield/convertible top for the 1950's 20" tin Marx Falcon friction drive car. The top comes clear and ready for painting in your favorite color. This new top was created from a mold made from the black top in the pictures. As you can see, it's a perfect fit and the glass is clear. The mounting pins are about 1/4" long. A perfect replacement for that cracked, warped or missing top.

This tail wheel was cast from a mold created of an original clock part and is a guaranteed fit for your clock. I cast these parts myself. All of the pictures you see here are of the new replacement part, not an original. The metal castings are filed, sanded and lightly polished. I haven't tried plating them yet as they looked quite appropriate in the lightly polished bare metal state. Protect the integrity and value of your clock by reinstalling a REAL METAL replacement tail wheel. The REPLACEMENT GEAR COVER for the Asahi Toy, Junior Products Lotus 49 F-1 battery-operated race car. Created from a mold taken of the original toy part, it is guaranteed to be a perfect fit. It is possible for tiny bubbles to appear in the casting, as shown in the pictures. This was my first cast part and more recent casts have been bubble-free. The gear cover can be installed on the two different engine versions of the Lotus toy. Plated engines used on the wing cars have molded bosses to mount the wing. This version utilizes the tiny mounting pins on the clear gear cover. Engines without plating are for the non-wing cars and the clear gear cover is installed with the pins removed as the engine has no holes for the pins to go into. The pins can be easily trimmed off for a flush fit. Both versions require the cover to be glued on and just a drop of super glue to each pin area is sufficient.

A replica hand crank for the 1950's Ideal Atomic Machine Gun. Created from a mold taken of an original toy part, it is stronger than original because I solid cast the square end that fits into the gun. I also solid cast the pin for turning the crank. The fit is tested on my own toy to ensure accuracy. I still resin cast my part but I designed it to be solid with the exterior look of the original. Ichiko Space Patrol Car Astronaut Driver Head - This is a replacement replica tin head for the Ichiko Space Patrol Car. I fabricated my first one of these from pictures of the original. They are comprised of four pieces, front and rear of the helmet, inside face and outer earmuffs and strap. I have since acquired an original head and have created new tooling so that my replacement head is now near perfect! I also replicate the windshields and frames for this toy which run $175.00. These take about 4 weeks to complete from the time of order.
