Here we have a Convertible Replacement Windshield for the Marx Dick Tracy squad car. This is a brand-new replacement windshield for the 1950's 20" tin Marx Dick Tracy squad, Marx Army Command and Fire Chief friction drive cars. The windshield is created from a mold taken of an original 6 PIN windshield. This windshield will also fit the 4 PIN vehicles simply by removing the second pins from the ends. The convertible replacement windshield is fitted to a tin vehicle during the curing process for a guaranteed excellent fit!

Replacement Battery Cover for the Marusan Cadillac This listing is for a tin replacement battery box cover for the battery operated version of the Marusan Cadillac. The cover is often found missing from the Cadillac cars since the attachment is not permanent. As you can see, this new cover fits perfectly and looks great! A side by side comparison shows very slight differences between the two covers. My replacement has a larger piece of electrical board installed and the tongue latch is a bit longer for a better hold to the car. We prime the cover before finishing it with an automotive lacquer that matches the Marusan black color. The painted cover is then given a final polish. Just remove the cover from the packaging and install it on your car. Absolutely no disappointments with this part!

Lincoln Continental Hood Ornament Antenna Set A reproduction tin and metal hood ornament/antenna combination for the Linemar 1956 Lincoln Continental tin cars. These parts are compatible with all versions of the Linemar Lincoln battery operated friction and remote control. The company liked to ship these parts separately from the toy and as a result, these parts were often lost. I fabricate the reproduction hood ornament exactly as the original with a large tab on the bottom side. This feature allows the hood ornament to insert easily into the slot above the grill. The reproduction antenna is the same as the original diameter of the shaft and fits correctly into the hole in the fender. The car in the picture is for display purposes only and is not for sale. Irwin Man From Mars Replacement Antenna</p> This is an exact copy of the original Irwin Man From Mars Antenna and is molded in rubber. It will fit the original plastic helmet or our new replacement helmet, also sold here. The antenna should be softened in hot water prior to installing in an original, sealed helmet so as not to crack the plastic from too much stress. Just insert with a slight twisting motion. You could also add a drop of dish soap for lubrication to the antenna base to ease insertion. These parts are in stock and ready to ship.

Irwin 'Man From Mars' Replacement Bubble Helmet A two piece bubble helmet for the Irwin 'Man From Mars' wind up toy from the 1950's. The helmet comes in two pieces as shown and installs just as the original. There are 4 alignment pins on one helmet half and 4 corresponding holes on the other half. A small bit of super glue to each pin will secure the helmet to the spaceman. There is a hole in the top of the helmet for the rubber antenna, which is also available here on this site. Many of the original bubbles are missing, cracked and re-glued or have become clouded or crazed from age. My new bubble is guaranteed to be an excellent fit and remain clear for years to come!

A replica hand crank for the 1950's Ideal Atomic Machine Gun. Created from a mold taken of an original toy part, it is stronger than original because I solid cast the square end that fits into the gun. I also solid cast the pin for turning the crank. The fit is tested on my own toy to ensure accuracy. I still resin cast my part but I designed it to be solid with the exterior look of the original. Ichiko Space Patrol Car Astronaut Driver Head - This is a replacement replica tin head for the Ichiko Space Patrol Car. I fabricated my first one of these from pictures of the original. They are comprised of four pieces, front and rear of the helmet, inside face and outer earmuffs and strap. I have since acquired an original head and have created new tooling so that my replacement head is now near perfect! I also replicate the windshields and frames for this toy which run $175.00. These take about 4 weeks to complete from the time of order.

This is a replacement WIND UP KEY for the CIJ Alfa P2 Racer , made in France. All dimensions for the replacement were taken from an original key. The brass shaft diameter and the steel winding handle are of the same thickness as the original key. The length is correct and allows winding without interference or binding near the back wheel of the toy. If you look closely at the pictures, I also drilled and inserted a brass locking pin which secures the handle to the shaft, just as original. These can be ordered with black painted steel winding handle or aged patina. Please specify when ordering. These are in stock in both variations shown here. Battery Box Marx Hootin Hollow Haunted House is a perfect fitting replacement tin part complete with battery contacts. Each battery box is test fit to an original toy rear panel to ensure an exact fitting installation. Just solder your wires and go! The battery contacts are slightly different than the original ONLY in that I have installed the flexible brass contact at both ends rather than the round stationary contact as original. The contact board is also gray vs. the original tan color. *Please note* You will see in one of the gallery pictures that I have installed 3 'D' Cell batteries in the new box. These are Heavy Duty batteries - NOT ALKALINE BATTERIES! Alkaline batteries did not exist at the time the haunted house and many other tin battery toys were made. Slightly dimensionally larger than the heavy duty batteries, it explains why so many vintage toys with either tin OR plastic battery boxes have damaged battery boxes. Always remember, NO ALKALINE BATTERIES IN ANTIQUE/VINTAGE TOYS! Marx Hootin’ Hollow Haunted House first appeared on TV in the mid 1960’s. The commercial features a spooky announcer and two children playing with and truly enjoying the houses many amazing features. The toy boasts a jumping cat, a witch behind the opening front door, a ghost floating in the air behind a lighted window, a scary window shade, a shaking roof with banging shutters, a spooky, eerie sound and a frightening loud whistling noise. All of these features are operated by buttons and 3 ‘D’ cell batteries. Without a doubt, one of the RAREST and coolest space toys ever made. 1960's Bandai Sears Radiation Tester Exclusive Area battery operated toy in nice working condition. This toy was available ONLY through Sears and could be found in their 1961 catalog. It operates on two 'D'cell batteries and features Bump N Go action, opening rear bay doors, a smoky fog emits while the radiation tester unfolds and lifts out of the bay. The arm retracts back into the bay and the doors close and the toy is on it's way again. During the entire cycle, the light pods in the rear flash red and green intermittently and are very bright. This early Japanese tin toy is a highly sought after space toy example and is sure to please. As can be seen in the pictures, the toy is in working condition and shows playwear and no paint touch ups. The battery compartment is very clean. This is a sizable toy stretching 21 inches in length, 5 inches wide and nearly 6 inches tall to the top of the antenna. Uncle Al's Toys is the only maker and provider of replacement parts for this toy. Both toys available here have replacement light pods, large antenna and front sight. Also included but not shown is a wonderful, first quality reproduction box, also available nowhere else! Bandai Rolls Royce Silver Cloud 'Flying Lady' hood ornament replica, faithfully reproduced to fit exactly like the original installation. I cast my replica from an original ornament. Unlike the replacements offered by my competitors, my 'Flying Lady' still has her head . . . *PLEASE NOTE* You may have to disassemble the toy in order to install this part, depending on whether or not the original emblem was pulled completely out or snapped off. This is an item that I've needed to make for some time and finally have it ready for purchase. The Bandai Volkswagen Bus battery operated version has this delicate, rear opening door that is so often missing from these toys. I had a toy with a damaged original door that I was able to recreate in tin to look and function just as original. This new tin door comes as shown in white automotive primer for $95.00 USD and can be finish painted in either RED or CREAM IVORY as the two original toy color versions that were available for an additional $25.00. It also comes with the hinge pin for mounting the door to the vehicle. This is an absolute must have if your bus is missing its rear hatch door and it is available no where else!

Bandai Area Radiation Tester Replacement LIGHT PODS, L&R Set of two lights are now finally available. These light pods were created from molds made of the original toy parts. The brass contacts for the light bulbs are hand made of the same thickness and configuration of the original parts. The same wattage bulbs are installed and colored as original. Ample wire is supplied and will be trimmed to length when you install. It should be noted that the pods are designed to be installed in the same fashion as the original parts. Some skill is required to open the tin pod pylons (not included - you must have the original pylons). The pods are secured to the pylon by brass eyelets with a minimum length of approximately 3/16". Once mounted, the wiring for each pod is trimmed to length and soldered to the pylon electrical mount pins. Be sure to apply electrical tape over the solder connections before reassembling the two pylon halves. The pods are also available separately for $135.00 each. A discount savings is applied when buying the set of two and is reflected in this price of $250.00.

You get a left and a right to complete the rear end of your car. Some modeling experience is helpful, but if you're doing this yourself you're probably already quite handy! These are very small and fit the 11 1/2" version of the car. Bandai 1959 Cadillac replacement tail lights, sold in pairs and currently only available HERE! These require the installer to trim off the mold pin in order to properly fit into the plated trim on the toy and are a PERFECT FIT replacement made from a mold of the original parts. My replacements are shown installed on one of my Cadillacs!
