When you wind him up, he walks forward with a swaying motion and alternately swings his ray guns. This toy was molded in several colors, red being one of the rarest. This toy is completely molded in orange.

Vintage Marx Colonel Hap Hazard Astronaut Robot battery operated toy in very nice replica box. Hap Hazard operates on two 'C' cell batteries inserted into his back behind his oxygen bottles. He has a movable clear visor and spinning flashing replacement antenna. The arms swing as he walks. Colonel Hap Hazard is on the move and looking for his friend, the Marx Moon Creature! There is a spinning antenna on top which is pretty big by the way that houses 2 lights, in green and in red. Colonel Hap Hazard was built for Marx (Louis Marx and Co.) in Japan but it's unknown who the original manufacturer was for this astronaut. His upgraded version is called the Marx Hi-Bouncer Moon Scout.
